Placing An Order Online
Our web site is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Purchasing
our products online, using our secure server, is the easiest way to order, and the
quickest way for you to receive them. Please note that you must be a registered
user before attempting to place an order. If you have not yet registered for

Placing An Order By Phone
You may place an order by telephone by
calling us at (512) 608-9500. We will be happy to take your order during our regular
hours Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central time zone).
If we are unavailable, please leave a message and we will return your call within one business day.
Placing An Order By FAX
You may also order by faxing to (512) 608-9501. Please download and complete
our Order Form. You will need to have Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to download our Order Form.

Payment Options
Payment can be made by credit card. We will bill only established accounts with pre-approved credit.
Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us immediately at (512)
608-9500 or fax us at (512) 608-9501 should you need to make any changes to your
order. Please provide us with your invoice number, if it is available. You
may email order changes to
sales@design88.biz. However, due to the unreliability
of communication via email, order changes requested via email cannot be guaranteed
and we recommend that you follow up your email with a phone call or fax to verify
that your email was received.
Order Status
You can expect to receive your in-stock
items within 3 - 5 business days. If you have any questions regarding an

Returns & Exchanges
At Design88 your satisfaction is our number one concern.
- Please obtain a return authorization number before making a return by either e-mailing
us at sales@design88.biz, or calling us
at (512) 608-9500.
- If a return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent), full credit or exchange
will be made at no cost to the customer.
- If a return is the result of customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered) customer
is only responsible for freight charges.
- Unless defective, any returned item must be received in resalable condition.
Shipping / Freight Policy
FOB Austin, TX. We ship our packages via different carriers depending on the best
rate for the customer; most freight costs are not known until after the order has
shipped. Freight costs will be determined at, or after the time of shipping based
on the quantity, size and weight of your products, along with package dimensions,
weight and shipping destination. Freight quotes are available on request, as well
as special freight considerations such as expedited delivery.
